Short excursions

Many courses at the bachelor's level have field components. These "short" excursions last anywhere from 90 minutes to a full day and usually take place in the Ottawa region.

A short excursion might take you in front of Tabaret Hall to dig snow pits, to Belvedere Champlain overlooking the Ottawa River, to the caves of the Gatineau Park, into Jock River, across the Mer Bleu bog or even into Ottawa's "Chinatown".
